Shipping Delays

If the shipping takes longer than the estimated delivery time provided by the tracking app due to issues caused by Offside Drip or our shipping center, you may be eligible to request a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.

Shipping Delays

In the event that an item in your order has sold out and is pending restocking, the restocking period may exceed the original estimated delivery time. When this occurs, Offside Drip will notify affected customers through official channels, which include our website, email communications, and social media platforms.

Upon receiving this notification, customers will be given the following options:

  • Request a refund: Customers may request a full refund within 3 days of receiving the official notification.
  • Proceed with the order: Customers may choose to continue with their order and accept the extended waiting time.

Please note: Failure to respond to the official notification within the 3-day window will be treated as automatic approval to proceed with the order under the revised timeline. No further action will be required from the customer in this case.

Non-Refundable Delays

However, if the shipping delay is caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Country regulations
  • Pandemics
  • Natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, hurricanes, floods)
  • Customs import/export issues
  • International laws and conflicts
  • Strikes or labor disruptions
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Border control delays
  • Customs clearance processes

We reserve the right to reject any refund requests related to delays caused by these uncontrollable circumstances.
