Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following circumstances:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If your product is damaged, defective, or missing a quantity, please contact us with proof of the issue (such as photos) at info@offsidedrip.com.

Mistake on Our End: If we deem that the issue was caused by an error on our end (e.g., a mistake in shipment, missing items), we will provide you with either:
- A full refund of the damaged, defective, or missing item, or
- A replacement item of the same value shipped at our expense.
Sizing Issues
We are not liable for exchanges or refunds due to sizing issues. We provide a sizing guide on our website, and it is the responsibility of the customer to review it before making a purchase. If you are unsure about sizing, please reach out to us before purchasing.

Special cases may be considered on a scenario-by-scenario basis. Please contact us if you believe your situation requires special consideration.
All Sales Are Final After Fulfillment
- Before Fulfillment: If you change your mind before the product is fulfilled (packed and ready for shipment), you are eligible for a full refund within 3 days of your order. Once your order has been fulfilled, the sale becomes final.
- After Fulfillment: Once the product has been fulfilled, the sale is final, and no further refunds will be provided, except under the conditions outlined above (damaged, defective, or missing items).
EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer protection law (EU Directive 2023/2673 and the Consumer Rights Directive), customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of the delivery date, without providing a reason. This right applies to online purchases and is in addition to the conditions outlined in our general refund policy above.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must submit your return request within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible under this right. Return Shipping and Handling Fees
Where a customer exercises their right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection laws, the customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise required by applicable law. In addition, a reasonable handling or restocking fee may be deducted from the refund amount to cover costs already incurred in processing, preparing, and handling the order, where permitted by applicable law and clearly communicated to the customer prior to purchase.
Any applicable deductions will be communicated to the customer before the refund is processed.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us at info@offsidedrip.com within 15 days of receiving your order if you experience any issues.
- Provide clear proof of the issue (e.g., photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
- If the issue is verified, we will either issue a refund or arrange for a replacement product to be sent.
How to Submit a Return Request
(EU customers: please note the 14-day window from your delivery date outlined above.)
- Click the profile icon in the store's menu (or the three lines on the top left for phone users), or visit this link.
- Sign in to your account: in the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter the six-digit verification code.
- Click Request return for the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
